Cloughjordan Wood-fired Bakery is a completely unique bakery, set-up by award-winning baker Joe Fitzmaurice of Blazing Salads Bread Company fame.   Joe is now producing the most beautifully baked loaves in a highly efficient Alan Scott designed wood-fired oven.  Using only certified organic flours, the bakery specialises in Sourdough, Long fermentation, Spelt and Rye breads.  Fuelled entirely by locally sourced timber, it is a unique commercial oven in Ireland, located in Ireland's only eco-village www.thevillage.ie.
